You can just summon the already overpowered Manchu Banners, adding another 10% discipline to your troops, and it automatically adds infantry if youre cavalry capped. That might not be in your budget when playing hard (only 200 points to allocate), but it's definitely a mainstay in agressive normal or easy builds (400 and 800 respectively). You can take a 10% discipline bonus as a tradition and it will cost you only 60 points. With little effort you can make a country that is just unstoppable, and I think I've hit a gold mine.
I think it's time we talk about the overpowered yet seemingly underused custom nation designer.
